Welcome to Baatify. This User Agreement establishes the terms and conditions between Baatify application users ("you", "user") and Baatify (Saye, "we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the Baatify application, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Description of Services

Baatify is a chat analysis application that provides the following services:

• Analysis of exported chat files from WhatsApp.
• Statistical insights including message counts, word frequency, emoji usage, and activity patterns
• AI-powered sentiment analysis and relationship insights
• Personalized Wrapped summaries (yearly and monthly)
• Conversation dynamics analysis including response times and communication patterns

3. Acceptable Use

By using Baatify, you agree to:

• Only upload chat files that you have the right to access and analyze
• Not use Baatify for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purposes
• Respect the privacy of individuals whose messages appear in your uploaded chats
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with the application
• Not use the service to harass, stalk, or harm others
• Not upload content that violates any applicable laws or regulations

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Subscription and Payments

Baatify offers both free and premium subscription tiers. Premium features require a paid subscription processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscription terms, pricing, and renewal policies are displayed at the time of purchase.

6. Refund Policy

Refund requests for in-app purchases are handled according to Apple App Store and Google Play Store policies. As digital services are provided immediately upon purchase, refunds may be limited. Please contact the respective app store for refund inquiries.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information and chat data.

8. Intellectual Property

Baatify, including its design, features, code, and content, is the intellectual property of Saye You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Baatify is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely accurate. AI-generated insights are for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Baatify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the application.

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through the app or via email. Continued use of Baatify after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Türkiye.
