Terms of Use

Welcome to baatify. These terms set the rules between you and Saye (the company behind baatify). By downloading or using the app, you agree to them.

1. What baatify does

baatify takes chat exports you provide and turns them into personal stats and Wrapped-style summaries. Everything runs on your device.

2. Acceptable use

  • Only import chats you have the right to access and analyze.
  • Respect the privacy of everyone in your chats.
  • Don't use baatify to harass, stalk, or harm anyone.
  • Don't reverse engineer, modify, or resell the app.
  • Don't use the app for anything illegal.

3. Accounts

baatify works without an account. If you create one, you're responsible for keeping your credentials safe.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Some features may require a paid subscription, processed through Apple's App Store or Google Play. Pricing and renewal terms are shown at purchase.

5. Refunds

Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Apple's and Google's store policies. Contact the relevant store for refund requests.

6. Privacy

Your privacy is central to baatify. See our Privacy Policy for the details.

7. Intellectual property

baatify, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Saye. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute it without permission.

8. No warranties

baatify is provided "as is". We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted or error-free. Insights are for fun and information, not professional advice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Saye is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use of the app.

10. Termination

We can suspend access if you break these terms. You can stop using baatify and delete your data at any time.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Significant changes will be communicated in the app or by email. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Türkiye.
